OUR MISSION:
We have a simple philosophy, to treat every client as if they were a part of our family and that their project is what is most important. We understand that for many this is their dream home they have envisioned for many years. Unlike many builders who think things can be done only one way, we welcome the challenge to try anything original and unique. Jules DeVigne is not an absentee owner; but, plays an integral role in each and every project.
If during the building process we see there could be something done better we will bring it to the client's attention. For example; there may be a decorative beam or the windows may have a mullion obstructing a view. There may be a few different options to resolve both these issues that most builders would never bring to anyone's attention for the simple sake of making everything easier for the builder. Here at Devigne Developing, Inc. we realize this is your home and you ultimately will be living in it for a very long time. We do not want you to have any regrets for something that could have been taken care of during construction

The staff at Devigne Developing, Inc. knows you have a choice in selecting a contractor and do not take that for granted. We want you to feel comfortable with your selection of Devigne Developing, Inc, as your contractor. This involves a bond and relationship formed on trust and reliability that continues long after the project is complete. The construction process does take a little time and may be frustrating. We make the process enjoyable by you knowing you are being taken care of by our staff. You have hired us for our expertise and to be your eyes and ears on the project. This means we continue to make sure the project is being built exactly the way you envisioned it. We keep a close eye on the budget and schedule to ensure the project comes in on budget and on schedule. We get multiple bids for each and every trade and continue do so throughout the course of the project giving our clients the absolute best price
A typical contractor has a one warranty; where as, Devigne Developing, Inc. has a two year warranty. We offer every client an open book policy which means every invoice contains the bills from the suppliers and subcontractors. The clients are free to talk to any of our subcontractors and vice versa unlike may other contractors. Our clients enjoy a password protected website giving them the ability to view progress pictures of their project, a construction schedule, project reports, etc. Please take a look around, and call us for further details about our general contracting services.
