We get multiple bids for each and every trade ensuring our clients receive the best price. Devigne Developing has a two year warranty unlike other builders. Our clients enjoy a password protected website giving them the ability to view progress pictures, a construction schedule, project reports, etc. We provide access to all estimates and bills from suppliers and subcontractors offering complete transparency.
During the building process we may see a better solution and we will bring it to the client's attention. We are unique in that we always suggest different options to resolve design issues. we realize this is your home and you will probably be living in it for a very long time.
