• Jules DeVigne is the founder and President of Devigne Developing, Inc.  He graduated from Auburn University in the School of Architecture and Engineering with a degree in Building Science Construction.  With this knowledge, he understands and communicates effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.  Jules has been in the construction field for twenty years.  His education and upbringing by a CEO of a publicly traded company makes him a savvy business owner.
