Our clients enjoy a password-protected website giving them the ability to view progress pictures, a construction schedule, project reports, and other project related documents. We provide access to all estimates and bills from suppliers and subcontractors offering complete transparency. The clients are free to talk to any of our subcontractors and vice versa.  Jules DeVigne is not an absentee owner; and plays an integral role in every project.

During the building process we may see a better solution and we will bring it to the client’s attention regardless of the extra work involved. We are unique in that we always suggest different options to resolve design issues. There should be no regrets for something that could have been taken care of during construction.

Client Access and Projects

In the desire to provide excellence during the entire development of your project, you will be able to login and a view your status photos, schedules and more. When we begin your construction, you will be provided with a password protected login wherein you will be able to see the progress on a regular basis from anywhere in the world.

Project Compilation

After your project is completed, we provide our customers with a state-of-the-art resource catalog of all those materials utilized in creating the project. Such items as paint, tile and flooring will be referenced by color, style and brand for ease of replacement in years to come.  Any subtleties or nuances particular to your project will be detailed as a complete project compilation..
