DeVigne Developing built our beautiful family vacation home in 2000-2001.  We had purchased property in the Sunrise Point area in the mid-1990's after having a townhome in Sunrise Ridge for several years.  This area is a ski in/ski our area on Peak 10 in Breckenridge.

The entire building experience went smoothly despite some horrid weather.  Jules and his staff were totally immersed in the building process including excellent supervision of the project.  They passed along expert advice regarding the architectural and engineering drawings.  Jules with his excellent experience and degree in this field, proved to be as knowledgeable and competent as the architects, engineers and sub-contractores.  As a result, he helped us build the best home for our site, the climate, and our desires/ideas.

Furthermore, Jules and his staff ended up saving us money on the building of the house.  They also passed along contact information on decorating, appliances, electronics, landscaping, etc., which also helped us save money.  This was not part of the contract; however, he and his staff went way beyond their obligation.  We came to trust Jules' opinion totally.

Our entire experience with DeVigne Developing was very positive.  Everyone, including his subs, were great.  And his staff was also cooperative, responsive and focused on our project, despite their workload with other projects.  Everyone was polite and pleasant throughout the entire process.  These people are honest, caring and competent.  We expected many hassles building this very large home, but we basically had none!  I would recommend them to anyone.
